Getting here

By car

From E4 motorway:

Take exit 75 "Markaryd Norra". Then follow the signs "Älgsafari". You will arrive after 3 km.

From Halmstad:

Follow road 15 towards Karlshamn. Continue past Markaryd. Follow the signs "Älgsafari" from the last roundabout before the E4 motorway. You will arrive after 1 km.

From Osby:

Follow road 15 towards Halmstad. Just before you arrive at the E4 motorway, turn left towards "Älgsafari". Follow the signs, you will arrive after 1 km.

From Hässleholm:

Follow road 117 towards Markaryd. When arriving to Markaryd, enter the E4 motorway towards Stockholm. Take the next exit 75 "Markaryd Norra", then follow the signs "Älgsafari". You will arrive after 3 km.

By public transport

From Markaryd station it is a 40 minute walk (3 km) to the park.

Please note that it is not possible to walk through the safari area. If you are not traveling by car, then the only way to visit our animals is to take the guided tour by train.
